Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) is a level of assisted care that is regulated by the State of Wisconsin.
At RidgeStone RCAC residents live in spacious private one or two bedroom apartments.
Residents do not have to share a bathroom. Each apartment has it’s own spacious bathroom rather than having to share a room. The bathrooms can accommodate the turning radius of a wheelchair and feature a walk in shower and grab bars.
Each apartment also features a kitchenette and emergency call system and has its own heating and air conditioning units.
Unlike a nursing home, residents furnish the apartment to their taste.
Residents can receive up to 28 hours per week of personal services and assistance with activities of daily living based on their comprehensive assesment at admission.
