Our goal at RidgeStone is to maintain a warm and homelike, family atmosphere, treat our residents with the love and courtesy they deserve and respect their privacy and independence.
RidgeStone has three levels of assisted care:
RCAC – Residential Care Apartment Complex
CBRF - Community Based Residential Facility
Memory Care
In RidgeStone's Assisted Living Communities, services are available based on a comprehensive assessment done prior to admission. The assessment helps determine an individual's physical health and social needs, as well as preferences and capacity for self care. Assessments are reviewed annually or as changes in care occur.
Based on the assessment, RidgeStone has the following services available:
Wellness checks
Regular assessments
Medication administration and reminders
Personal assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, getting to and from dining and activities, getting in and out of bed
Three nutritious meals a day plus snacks, including specialized diets
Maintenance, housekeeping and laundry
24-hour emergency response
Social, recreational, educational programs and activities
Health promotion and exercise programs
Diabetic monitoring and special diets
An individualized service plan/care plan is developed for each resident based on the assessment of their unique needs.
Should a resident require health services that we cannot provide, we will offer to assist the resident or the resident’s family in accessing the services that are needed. Residents can use a home health agency, hospice or outpatient therapy to provide services that we are not able to provide.
