Memory Care is a level of assisted care that is regulated by the State of Wisconsin.

The Gardens at RidgeStone is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Class C (CNA) Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) serving the frail elderly as well as those who are experiencing Alzheimer's and other dementias. Our caring team is specially trained to profide supportive care and assistance with activities of daily living, helping residents maintain an active and social lifestyle, while maintaining dignity and self-esteem.

The primary function of The Gardens at RidgeStone is to provide basic or essential care, treatment, or services to residents of the facility above the level of room and board, but less than skilled nursing care. The facility provides supervision and supportive services to persons who have needs which cause them to be unable to live independently in the community, but who do not require nursing home services.

Private bedroom suites with private restroom are available with a bed, dresser, nightstand and chair included if desired.

Foods to meet the nutritional needs of the resident are be provided with three meals a day. Reasonable adjustments are made to accommodate individual preferences. All residents eat in the dining room at regularly scheduled times. Mid-morning or afternoon snacks are offered that may include fresh or dried fruit, juice or tea, or home-baked goodies.

The CBRF and Memory Care community provides a higher level of services in furnished bedroom suites with private bathrooms.
