Every member of the team at RidgeStone Assisted Living Communities is trained to understand the value of the RidgeStone mission and use it to guide interactions with residents and other team members.

Our mission at RidgeStone is to provide an environment where quality of life is enriched through creating meaningful memories and relationships, while offering exceptional care and services that promote independence and meet each individual’s unique needs.

Our staff is lead by Administrator Christina Kiesel, who has over 25 years of experience working in assisted living communities. Each community has a Resident Services Manager who oversees the care of each resident and guides the staff accordingly.

A Registered Nurse coordinates, directs and inspects the administration of medication and the medication administration system. Service plans are reviewed which may include monitoring weight, vitals, documentation and contacting a physician if a concern is noted. The RN is available 24/7 by phone call for staff questions or assistance in managing care. 

From the caregivers, to the activity directors, to the cooks and dining room staff, the RidgeStone staff works together to achieve our goal to maintain a warm and homelike, family atmosphere, treat our residents with the love and courtesy they deserve and respect their privacy and independence.
