Packages & Supplies Drop Off Schedule

While following Wisconsin's Safer at Home orders...

We realize that there are supplies you may need to drop off to your loved ones. We have noticed that these deliveries have become more frequent. Managing time with residents is a challenge when staff have to answer the door throughout the day.

Therefore, to keep our staff focused on the care of residents, while also making time for accepting deliveries, we are asking that package and supply drop off be done Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 pm or 6-7 pm.

We do realize there may be circumstances that will arise where an item will need to be delivered outside those times. We ask that you contact the facility and talk to a Resident Services Manager in this situation.
