RidgeStone offers a Continuing Care Plan designed to fit a person's individual needs.
A Comprehensive Assessment done prior to admission will help determine the types of services and level of care required initially. The Plan is reviewed continuously.
Some of the services that may be needed...
- Personal Services
Dressing, eating, bathing, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene and shaving.
- Supportive Services
Meals, wellness checks, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and planned activities.
- Emergency Assistance
Crisis Intervention provided when a resident's safety or health is at risk.
- Nursing Services
May include skin care, medication monitoring, health assessment or diabetic management.
